RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing a reason or paying any penalties.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send an email to contact@beautyzliss.com specifying:
- Their full name
- Order number
- The products concerned
- A clear statement of their intention to withdraw
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
For hygiene and safety reasons, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products that have been opened or used.
Only products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging are eligible for return.
3. Return Conditions
Returned products must be in perfect condition, unopened, undamaged, and accompanied by the invoice or order confirmation.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
4. Refunds
Once the returned products are received and inspected, BEAUTYZLISS HAIR COLLECTION will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will only cover the returned product(s) (excluding initial shipping costs, except in case of our error).
5. Defective Product or Order Error
In case of a defective or damaged product, or an error in the order, the Customer must contact contact@beautyzliss.com within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos as proof.
In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by BEAUTYZLISS HAIR COLLECTION.
