TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&Cs)

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between:

BEAUTYZLISS HAIR COLLECTION, a sole proprietorship located at 142 rue de la Benauge, 33100 Bordeaux, France, registered under SIRET number 84524974700021,
and

Any person making a purchase on the BEAUTYZLISS HAIR COLLECTION website, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer."

2. Products
BEAUTYZLISS HAIR COLLECTION offers cosmetic products for sale. Products are described as accurately as possible. However, minor variations (e.g., color or texture) may occur due to manufacturing differences or the Customer’s screen display.

3. Orders
Placing an order on the website implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
The Customer agrees to provide accurate information. BEAUTYZLISS HAIR COLLECTION cannot be held responsible for input errors (address, contact details) or their consequences.

4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes (VAT).
Shipping costs are indicated before order confirmation.
Payment is secured via Shopify Payments, credit card, or PayPal.

5. Delivery
Deliveries are made within mainland France via Mondial Relay.
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days from shipment.
BEAUTYZLISS HAIR COLLECTION cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing a reason.
The Customer must notify their decision by email to contact@beautyzliss.com, including the order number.
Products must be returned in their original condition (unopened, unused) and in their original packaging to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.

7. Liability
BEAUTYZLISS HAIR COLLECTION cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the products. The Customer is required to read and follow the usage instructions on the packaging.

8. Guarantees
Products sold benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

9. Personal Data Protection
Customer personal data is collected solely for order management purposes.
Data is neither sold nor shared with third parties.
In accordance with the GDPR, Customers have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data by contacting contact@beautyzliss.com.

10. Claims and Disputes
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.

If mediation fails, the dispute will be submitted to the Commercial Court of Bordeaux.
